Hi, I’m Usha Rawat, a passionate and experienced physiotherapist dedicated to helping people move freely, feel stronger, and live pain-free. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in Physiotherapy and Movement science, I’ve worked with individuals across all walks of life—guiding them through rehabilitation, recovery, and performance enhancement.

My professional journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from IRMAS IP University New Delhi, followed by certifications in Pilates from Pilates Institute of America (PIA) and Balanced Body . I've consistently pursued advanced training through global workshops and courses to stay at the forefront of physiotherapy and movement science. My Inclination towards women's health led me towards various national and international courses like Pre and Post natal rehabilitation and Pelvic health rehabilitation.
